The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. At registration and at all subsequent times, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. jdprime22 is entitled to rely on the information provided by Users and shall not be liable for losses arising from a User's provision of false or inaccurate details.
4.3 Registration Data. 4.4 Non-Transferability. Your jdprime22 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account, including any account balance, to any third party. Any transfer of account access is a breach of these Terms.
4.5 KYC Identity Verification. Before your first withdrawal, jdprime22 requires identity verification. You must submit a clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilHealth ID, SSS card, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport) and a recent selfie. Processing typically takes 1–4 hours during business hours. jdprime22 may require additional documentation for high-value accounts or where fraud is suspected.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jdprime22 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued in connection with two-factor authentication.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 (Philippine Peso) unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method. There is no standard maximum deposit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
6.3 Deposits are credited to your jdprime22 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to 5 minutes via InstaPay. 7-Eleven and over-the-counter deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
6.4 jdprime22 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as the jdprime22 account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts may be returned and the originating account may be flagged for review.

7.1 Withdrawals are available to verified jdprime22 accounts that have completed KYC identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. There is no standard maximum, though individual payment providers may impose daily limits.
7.2 Withdrawal requests are processed by jdprime22's finance team during operating hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or other Philippine banks may take up to 2 hours during business hours and up to the next business day during off-hours or public holidays.
7.3 jdprime22 may require additional verification before processing high-value withdrawals or withdrawals from newly verified accounts. This is a security and anti-money laundering measure and does not constitute a refusal to pay.
7.4 Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. jdprime22 may request documentation to verify that the withdrawal destination account is held in your name.
7.5 Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from completing the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. See Section 8 for Bonus terms.
7.6 In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, jdprime22 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation. In such cases, jdprime22 will notify the User and conduct its review within a reasonable timeframe.
8.1 jdprime22 may offer bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion, in addition to these General Terms.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonus offers carry wagering requirements ("WR") — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) that must be completed using real-money wagers before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable WR will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where a specific WR is not stated, the default WR is 30× the bonus amount.
8.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute between 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are published in promotion-specific terms. Wagering on prohibited games during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of that bonus.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jdprime22 and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
10.2 Where jdprime22 has reasonable grounds to believe a User has engaged in prohibited conduct, it may immediately suspend the account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and forfeit any bonuses or winnings obtained in connection with the prohibited conduct. jdprime22 may report the matter to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
11.1 jdprime22 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools within your account settings to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 11.2 Self-Exclusion. You may request self-exclusion from jdprime22 at any time via Account Settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, jdprime22 will use reasonable measures to prevent you from accessing your account. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon request.

12.2 Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach by the User (including fraud, bonus abuse, or underage access), jdprime22 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including real-money balances and bonus credits, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12.3 Where an account is suspended or terminated for reasons other than User breach, jdprime22 will return any verified real-money balance to the User's registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to jdprime22.
12.4 A User may close their own account at any time by contacting jdprime22 support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method following identity verification.
13.1 All content on the jdprime22 Platform, including but not limited to the jdprime22 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, user interface design, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of jdprime22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jdprime22's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.2 jdprime22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jdprime22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jdprime22's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.4 Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.5 Game outcome disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the disputed event. jdprime22 will investigate using its server-side game logs, which constitute the authoritative record. jdprime22's final determination on game outcome disputes is binding.
16.1 jdprime22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication at jdprime22.app/terms-conditions.
16.2 For material amendments, jdprime22 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email to the address on record or via an in-platform notification. Where a regulatory amendment requires immediate effect, notice may be provided simultaneously with or shortly after publication.
